The township board of instruction talked over using a brand new member at its Sept. 19 meeting, a transfer that may improve membership from 9 to 10.
“The board held a particular assembly to conduct interviews of potential board of education candidates,” acknowledged Faculty Superintendent Stephen M. Cappello. “Six residents interviewed for the place.”

The board is made up of President Laura Fitzwater, Vice President Christine Turner, Michael Bramhall, Daniel P. Gaffney, Donna Marie Iacone, Ed Kenney, Kathleen Quinn, Christine R. Trampé and Christine L. Turner.
Board customers present on 4 committees: curriculum and scholar actions, amenities and transportation, finance and workers, and plan and laws. 4 of them serve on each committee, with Trampé as delegate.
